FROM BILLET TO RADIATOR

The journey of a Lojimax radiator begins with certified aluminium billets. These are heated and forced through precision dies in a process called extrusion shaping the metal into the slim, continuous profiles that give our radiators their distinctive lines.

Skilled welding joins the collectors and elements under controlled conditions, and every joint is pressure-tested before it moves on. With 50+ patents and 600+ models, our engineering team continually refines profile geometry to increase heat output without adding weight or material proof that better heating is a question of design, not just size.

PRECISION EXTRUSION
Because aluminium can be extruded into almost any profile, it frees designers from the limits of steel. Slim ladders, sculpted verticals and continuous curves all become possible the same property that lets us shape a radiator into interior architecture also lets us pack more heating surface into a smaller footprint.
CORROSION RESISTANCE
Exposed to air, aluminium forms a thin, self-repairing oxide layer that protects the metal beneath. Combined with our anodised and powder-coated finishes, this gives Lojimax radiators exceptional durability in humid bathrooms and demanding environments a surface that stays beautiful for the life of the product.
